Ordering Fabric

 

How is fabric cut?

Fabric is cut continuously whenever possible.

For example, if you order a quantity of 3 half yards, you will receive 1.5 continuous yards unless otherwise noted.


What does the quantity selector mean?

The quantity selected reflects the cut size listed on the product page (fat quarter, half yard, yard, etc.).


Do you offer fat quarters?

Yes! Many fabrics are available in fat quarters, half yards, and yard cuts.


What is a fat quarter?

A fat quarter is approximately 18” x 22”.


Will fabric colors look exactly like they do online?

Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings. We do our best to photograph fabrics as accurately as possible.



Shipping


When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.


What shipping carriers do you use?

Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.


Do you combine shipping?

Yes! We refund shipping overages whenever possible.


Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Send me a message if you live in the Northeast Ohio region.


Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we do not.



Preorders


What is a preorder?

Preorder items are products that have not yet arrived in stock but are available to reserve in advance.


When will preorder items ship?

Estimated arrival dates are listed on each product page. Please note that manufacturer shipping delays can occasionally occur.


If I order preorder and in-stock items together, when will my order ship?

Orders containing preorder items will ship together once all items are available unless separate shipping arrangements are made.



Returns & Order Issues


Can I return fabric?

Because fabric is cut specifically for your order, returns are generally not accepted unless there is an error or defect.


What if there’s an issue with my order?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before shipment.
